Some apps, some of which you install with the mac package installer, will require a password to delete trash. By uninstalling most of the third party apps, you will not be able to delete all the built-in apps by doing that. You are able to drag objects out of the Finder window on any of the mac os x versions. Right click on the trash icon and select Empty Trash and delete it, to uninstall the application.
It is possible for you to right click on the menu and select the Move to trash option. When you click the Applications tab on the left side, select Cinema 4D. Click on the button that says “Force Quit” in the pop-up dialog.
